if i could put a zero i would... this place is no help and i would never recommend it to my worst enemy. i got fought everyday and the staff never broke up fights so i had to suffer with no medical help. there was disturbing things written on the wall, the staff said insulting thigs to the paitents refering to ms.carrlette. and others, the staffed cursed at the kids, they are verry racist, there are roaches and bed bugs, and i most definitley want to say this place did no help for me it just made things a lot worse! please d... read more
Don’t send your children to River Oaks Hospital the staff are not trained to handle these kids in a professional manner. My child was here and she got into a fight the nurse got in between the fight and accidentally got hit her reflexes slammed my child into the wall and broke her nose. They said they would investigate never did anything about it . Very unprofessional place I pray my daughter never have to be admitted again but I will definitely make sure it won’t be at River Oaks Hospital.
