Won’t tread lightly on this review. My spouse was here for the past 3 days with severe appendicitis which ended in emergency surgery. Housekeeping didn’t even bother to come and clean the room not even ONCE. I pulled trash and brought my own sanitary wipes doing it all myself. I was a housekeeper here myself for 6 years. RecommendedI went to the Lower Keys Medical Center after a visit to Urgent Care for Xrays that indicated my left foot was severely broken. Do not recommend. Dirty and literally takes forever no matter what you’re there for. I mostly can’t believe how gross the rooms and halls are and how rude the people working here are. Just don’t come here if you can help it!
RecommendedI delivered my baby there and my experience was amazing! Katrina Kelly was my midwife, she and the nurses in labor and delivery went above and beyond to make sure that my baby and I were well taken care of and comfortable. Every nurse that helped take care of us came to check on us the day after to make sure that we were ok even if we weren't their patient they day. I would highly recommend them for OB care!

RecommendedWas in the Keys for a vacation which required ER, admission and emergency surgery. I was treated like royalty by all staff… Linda a 2 day traveler was caring and amazing.
