They have Roaches in the kitchen and dining room also have Gnats especially in lisa's room by the back door.. That whole building has issues I'm surprised it's not shut down... My heart goes out to the residents. It broke my heart because a few wanted to go where I went but couldn't afford to leave...

I live here. Staff is great and seem to genuinely care about us. Food is good and plentiful - snacks provided 24/7. RNs are employed here, not just LVNs. I plan to live here for the next 20 years and heartily recommend this facility for anyone's loved family members.
My mother received excellent care and the rehab department was great, she needed to get strong after being in the hospital. My mother entered the facility in a wheelchair and walked out going !!!!!

The staff was more helpful than expected in our transition from hospital to River Oaks — felt like a band of angels welcoming us into Our new living space. Highly recommend as a place to care for your loved one. Vickie Dempsey Ralph Patton.
