As a long term customer As a long term customer I continue to be pleased with your approach to services, but am often times surprised that an additional visit must be made after a service call. For example after my last service call on my Honda, I had to return within 2 minutes as the fluid cable for the brakes had broken. The appointment The appointment process was quick. They got it done on time, well, kind of. It was supposed to get a LOF and tire rotation. But when I got there the guy tried to tell me, "we measured all the tires and the wear is perfect. No need to rotate". Well, I am not a mechanic, but I am an Engineer and I really don't think there is a simple way to take 3 or 4 measurements and say, the wear is perfect. I am very satisfied I am very satisfied with my service. The guys found a problem with my Jeep that was under warranty and helped me with the issue. Vince even went online to help me understand the issue and what dealership to send my Jeep to. I will be back for sure.
I needed quite I needed quite a bit of work done on my Pathfinder and for the first time, went somewhere other than the dealer. I feel like I am driving a new vehicle now! I can't believe what a difference it has made having my car in tip-top condition for an older vehicle. Thanks to ROA, my car is a pleasure to drive, once again!
