Maintenance, Moe and Antonio have done a great job! Had some things both Moe & Antonio fixed in my apartment, they came promptly and did a great job! Thank you Moe and Antonio!!!!! Jackie the property manager is also awesome! Thank you for your support and getting me such a wonderful apartment! I love living here at River Oaks. So peaceful and quiet..💗💗
I loved living there for the past 13 years. It was really hard to leave. The 30% rent increases the last 2 years just priced me out of there. I’m really going to miss my cozy apartment.
I like my apartment on the third floor. It has the best view of the Fox River Bas-on and the surroundings.
I enjoy my apartment very much, but to be honest the prices are getting very unaffordable for what is offered especially when nothing was updated when the prices jumped up & sadly most people who have always been good tenants, including myself, followed the rules, kept the apartment up, paid on time, and etc, are being forced out of this community because it becoming unaffordable, I think they need to consider this. Just being honest & putting it out there.
