Constant cigarette smoke smell in our apartment.
Apartment is beautiful. Maintenance is very polite and responsive. Living off 88, 31, and the river trail is incredibly convenient. Property is well maintained. Laundry room is ALWAYS clean and has an AC so it’s not sweltering. No issues w packages going missing either. However…… It would be a LOT better if our neighbor didn’t chain smoke stale cigarettes in his apartment all day. We have an air purifier, yankee candles, room spray, fans going, the works. When I first moved it, it was PERFRCT. The rent was $950 a month and the previous owner lived onsite to help with repairs. Ever since Red Tail took over it’s been a nightmare. The rent is now $1,750, the leasing agent is barely on site. They just keep redoing the parking lot, You have to speak to a chat bot about work orders and those take forever to fulfill. On top of that I’ve had bats in my wall for a year now and my balcony is unusable with the amount of bat guano completely covering it. I love the location. That’s about... read more
