I lived there for two years. We chose it because it's a quiet area, but the rent increased significantly, so I and some other neighbors decided to leave. The place is comfortable, and if you ask them to fix something, they usually do it. I asked them to fix a few things, but they refused because they wanted to deduct money from our deposit. It was just a matter of fixing the blinds, but they decided not to and deducted over $300.
