Total disclaimer - I haven't actually lived in this complex but I had a tour back in April with Jacky, who was a complete angel. She was very helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. That being said, I absolutely loved the property! The location is very convenient, only a short drive to downtown Aurora and downtown Batavia. It's also located on a beautiful path along the Fox River. Maintenance, Moe and Antonio have done a great job! Had some things both Moe & Antonio fixed in my apartment, they came promptly and did a great job! Thank you Moe and Antonio!!!!! Jackie the property manager is also awesome! Thank you for your support and getting me such a wonderful apartment! I love living here at River Oaks. So peaceful and quiet..💗💗
