I have live at river oaks for 13 years it's an amazing place to live and raise my Lil family. They have given me a safe place to raise my Lil ones and be able to work through some pretty hard times in my life. They strive to keep the grounds clean and respect is very important and implemented to other residents and the staff. Which keeps it a nice place to live. There have been some not so pleasant people that have lived here through out the years but they taken care of it very swiftly and hold everyone to the same standards... read more
Manager and maintenance are pretty nice nice place for kids
Nice little community. Lisa the community manager and Don the maintenance guy both a great! Positive experience!
My wife and I have been here over 3 years and its been a good experience. Lisa (manager) and Don (maintenance) are two of the most helpful people I have come across.I hope we can stay at River Oaks for many more years. Cheers.
I would not even give this place a rate. If your looking for a good rental, professionalism, respect, and not to be harassed, or evicted because they can't get there shit together Look else where. To be honest I don't know how there still even operating. Many law suites coming there way in the future. Again big red Flag I'd look else where for housing.
