I wanted to reestablish a relationship with this vet's office after I adopted a dog in March 2020. I had used this vet many years ago and was happy, but when I voiced and wrote a complant in regards to be charged more than $50.00 more than other places for Advantage Multi I decided I could not trust so I am moving on. The office manager Peggy was not helpful at all.
I called and told them one of their clients in front of their office was tying up a pup in the back of a truck bed with the heat index of 105 degrees. Her comment was...”Yes, because the dog has issues!” My response...Y’all have issues if you allow it.”

I have been bringing my dogs to River Oaks animal hospital for almost 2 decades, I am very pleased with their services, Dr Stringer always has the correct answer for all your questions, he is very knowledgeable and really like dogs, I have only good things to say about him and his staff; if you have a concern about your furry baby and leave a message he always calls back. I want to say thank you Dr. Stringer and his wonderful staff for taking excellent care of my dogs all these years, your care is really appreciated.
I absolutely love Doc and his wonderful staff they are so gentle with the fur babies. Hope they are back in business really soon.
