Ive been taking my dog to banfield for about a year and a half now. After each visit I grew more and more frustrated, with the lack of results to his medical issues. With one visit to river oaks, I was on the road to getting the answers I needed. The staff is extremely helpful and always greet you with a smile. I even received a call today asking how optimus was after a recent visit. This place is awesome!
Excellent staff, caring and very friendly. Very clean and they were able to see my kitty with only a days notice as a new patient. My appointment was in the morning and we had no wait at all. I highly recommend this office and will be bringing all my kitties here in the future.
Dr. Duncan is wonderful and her staff is just as amazing! They took great care of our American Bulldog Red when he was diagnosed with chronic degenerative arthritis.
This group is awesome! I took my rambunctious dog there today; they really focused on learning his personality and what works best for him. He definitely loved Dr. Tacy! Thanks y’all :)
It’s a hard decision to say goodbye to any four legged family member, but the staff at River Oaks made it so much easier with how they handled everything. Having said goodbye to several pets in the past, the experience there was one with a lot of thought and care put into the process. Thank you River Oaks Animal Hospital for helping us take care of Peanut and letting her rest peacefully.
My 13 year-old dog has been receiving the cold laser treatments for her arthritis. I have really seen a great improvement in her mobility and less pain. The treatments are quick, but very worthwhile. Many people have complimented her for being able to walk faster to even breaking into a run now and then. I would highly recommend at least trying it, especially on an older dog. It is non-evasive, not painful and doesn't require medications.
