We are hired by owners of rental properties to look out for their interest. When a tenant calls in with requests for maintenance we immediately let the owners know what the problems is and costs to do repairs. We are under contract with the owners to only spend their money after they approve and if we don't get that approval our hands are tied. Please be assured that we turn ourselves inside out to make sure our tenants are happy and most are.
We trusted these people to rent out our home and take care of it while we were deployed overseas. They failed to take care of it. They failed to communicate with us about it and in the end we had thousands in damages due to horrific tenants and thousands lost in lost rent. Don't ever leave your home in their hands.
It's hysterical..and the only people that have a decent review works for the company Bad people!
Negative feed back is mostly from disgruntled former tenants who for one reason or the other did not pay their rent. So easy to put negative reviews on here. But the staff at River Oak Realty knows that they represent the homeowners best interest and that is what we strive to do each and every day.

Rick conrad is the best property manager ever...He is a Godly person and really cares about people. We can text or call him and he responds right away.Riveroak is the best rental company we dealt with in years.Our home is great and they handled our maintenance request very fast.
