It took 4 weeks of excuses before we were able to move in. Only to find out there is no heat. I've complained for 4vweeks. And of course more and more ridiculous excuses .They brought 2 space heaters which is not enough to heat the apt .They have also said they would move us to another apt with heat. I have 2 babies who have to stay bundled up and in one room. Don't bathe them bc of temperature in bath room . I would never ever recommend these apts or the management here. They lie consistently with no intentions of fixing th... read more

Actually, i would not even give the complex 1 star. I am a home health social worker who comes to see different residents in the apartments and not a single person has anything good to say about management. Things are not repaired when requested, the grass does not get cut, rodents, bed bugs and other insects have been noticed, and complaints are not addressed respectfully or timely.
