If you care at all about fraudulent behaviors with your deposit upon move out DO NOT rent from river mountain properties. To begin, they automatically charge $600 from the deposit for cleaning, but when I moved in the apartment was not cleaned whatsoever. There were literally dirty handprints on the walls, and they told me there would be new wooden floors when I moved in which wasn’t done either.
