I have never left a review in my life, but I feel like it is my duty to at least say something so no one ever has to go through what I had to with this foul place they call a business. First off this apartment complex is prime example of why Asheville housing is the way it is. Don't be fooled by the putside because yes, it does appeal to the eye but the the inside is the most low budget ever. The walls are paper thin. You can hear people stomping around day and night. RecommendedVery modern and luxurious apartments! Friendly residents! 2 dog parks! A Swimming Pool! Convenient to shopping, dining and nightlife activities! did I mention luxurious?! I'd highly recommend River Mill Lofts!
If you're looking for apartments in the Asheville area this is the best extremely artsy pet friendly Parks everywhere even by the river you will not be disappointed best Neighbors best customer service all the other apartments in Western North Carolina wish they could be like this one we would highly recommend in the over 20 years we have been moving people I have never been in an establishment with such welcoming Neighbors

I graduated from college in May and moved back home to Asheville and I am SO GLAD I chose to live at River Mill Lofts! I LOVE how modern the units are and I am a half a mile to work! :) I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the Property Managers! These gals work hard and ensure that every resident has a pleasant living environment! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect place to live in the area!!
