RecommendedAwesome Community! Great neighbors many been there over 25 to 30 years.Extremely well kept park and private. 5 minutes to the hospital. 10 minutes to the beech. Dial-A-Ride & Regular school pick up and drop off. Public Utilities -- Clean Excellent maintained property. Visitors and Residents all remark on how beautiful property is. No "Trailer Trash" allowed like the BS from the hate post from BS who had to be evicted over 4 years ago - and wanted to take a stove and refrigerator that didn't belong to her. If you love to be ripped off or by a mobile home and never get a title!!! You get screwed, well this is the place for you!!! The manger and the owner have not a clue of what they are doing. No play ground for kids over priced shit hole. You fix your place up and they say you cannot take your stove fridg or washer and dryer they are theives and should be in jail. But they are gonna be investigated. SIGNED. B.S.
