I lived here for the last five years and enjoyed the management and the apartment. When I moved in it had brand new appliances and had been updated making my 5 year stay enjoyable.
I love living at RiverMarket Flats! Extremely affordable, especially for the area! Close enough to so many amazing restaurants, shops, and parks that I'm able to walk if I want to. The gated parking is an added bonus, as is the Hyperlink internet hookup in every apartment that is super easy to start service on and great quality. All the other tenets are super nice and friendly too, I've made several friends and so has my dog. I've lived here just over a year and I can't imagine moving, this place is just too perfect!
