Stayed here for two years and honestly, I recommend you all to stay as far away as possible. Don't even touch this place with a 10-foot pole. Do go to Dakshin (Indian food under apartments) though, 10/10 would recommend. The location is decent too. The uphill walk will certainly help you get your cardio in for the day as well as an extra leg day. Terrible attitude. When I first got my sublease I was told that I would be forced into the $40 furniture rental because the person I subleased from hadn’t taken it off. Then once they needed the furniture rental for a different apartment, a different reality was entered where the furniture could be removed whenever they wanted.
I have stayed here for 2 years. This apartment complex has the absolute worst internet I’ve ever witnessed. The AC doesn’t work half of the time. My bathroom sink is rusted out and literally falling apart chips at a time. The electric for the bathroom light isn’t properly done. I know this because I’ve gotten 3 new bulbs in the light and they burn out in 2 days. Maintenance walks in whether you open the door or not. This location is great for students and within walking distance of many good spots. Rooms are nice sized, and staff is usually very helpful. Maintenance requests are responded to very quickly.
Best place to live with amazing facilities. Also staff is very good.
