RecommendedLove the nice country drive to get there. Has a nice cozy atmosphere. Food is wonderful. Fantastic salad bar/ hot bar. Great cocktails. A real hidden gem. Not many of these kind of privately owned restaurants left in the area.
Went there for Valentine's Day. Absolutely best service and food is always good... but.... the Hostess wanted to sit us by the door on the coldest day of the year and when I declined the table she put us by the kitchen and said this is it... take it or leave it. I should have left it with her and her smart mouth.
Great time with family and friends. Murder Mystery and the Food were wonderful. Thanks Ron Carnell and River Lake Inn owner and staff!!

Excellent food and service! I had the sirloin steak and salad bar-Best I've had in a long time! The rest of our group had the seafood buffet and they said everything was delicious. We will be back! 5 stars!!
