This is my go to place in Florence and has been for years and always 5 stars. I love the location, the rooms are clean, the breakfast & cleaning staff always pleasant & helpful. Unfortunately my three star rating is because of the newest manager Ashley every encounter I have had with her is always confrontational and she’s not a “people person” she’s made mistakes @ reservations & check in’s and never apologizes . I might suggest she stick to the books of the business and not work the reception desk. ;)
Clean and cozy. Beautiful view of the river,. No air Condi tioner.. A little over priced.

We were very thankful to them. It was our anniversary and the hotel we booked had ants . So I called and we got a room with a view and jacuzzi tub. We loved it would stay here again. Very clean comfortable friendly staff and bonus you can walk to downtown shops and restaurants .

Great room over looking the river and so close to the town we walked to dinner. We were there celebrating our anniversary and the concierge recommended dinner at the Restobar... it was FABULOUS! We're looking forward to coming back for another stay!

Great room, good price but when you stay pay a little extra and get a room over the river. The view is nice!!
