I think the quality, let it be the door or any small detail of the room are well taken care of. Whenever I go out and come back, I get that feeling of coming back to home. This feeling of home I wasn't able to find anywhere else
We absolutely love Riverhouse! We've been here for about 10 months and couldn't be happier. The staff (esp front office & maintenance) are very attentive and quick to respond when you have questions. The facilities are clean and we've enjoyed using all the amenities. It's been a great location for our pup as well! Would highly recommend!
Riverhouse is such an all around great place to live! Perfect location to everything, has everything you need in one place...great apartment space, awesome workout facility, amazing pool, game room, storage units, parking, and awesome staff! Absolutely love it!
I absolutely love being a part of the River House community. The apartments are nice and spacious, and the community is safe, quiet and dog friendly. It is within walking distance to all that downtown Nashville has to offer! I highly recommend!
I’ve lived at River House for over a year now and my experience has been very positive. I work downtown, so I walk the majority of the time. So, the convenience factor is very high on my list. River House just opened in late 2017 and it still feels new. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!
Not only are the staff attentive and quick to respond to any issues, but the location is one of the best in Nashville. Just a quick walk to downtown but is removed from the hustle and bustle of the noise that has a suburban feel. The neighborhood is great for walking dogs.
Love the location, amenities and activities. Great place to live
