Our apartment is 88 degrees and rising right now. Management sent out a little portable ac unit, but it obviously hasn’t helped. They’ve ignored my subsequent calls. I am guessing they didn’t want to pay the weekend rate and want us to wait until Monday to get it fixed. Completely unacceptable. Don’t move in here thinking it’s an upscale apartment! Also, know that the owners refuse to put any limits on street parking and the residents keep them filled leaving zero guest parking. Forget having guests over unless it’s during w... read more
Love this place. Management is very accommodating. Our apartment is awesome.
Overall, my wife and I love the River House! It has great amenities, nicely finished apartments, and is in a wonderful location. The management has been very responsive and great to work with. And the complex is well maintained. You definitely can't beat the location, as I love being directly on the north branch of the river walk. Best place we've ever lived. Fantastic apartments!
