I was so happy when Brenda opened her own hospital. She's been taking care of my cats, and now my dogs, since 1979 when she was at Willow Run. She's calm and caring and very compassionate with every pet I've ever seen her with!
Doctors and staff are friendly knowledgeable and can handle any level of service from duck to Horse and even dogs the size of small horses.
River Hills has been caring for our pets since the day they opened their doors in Conestoga. I cannot thank them enough for their caring and compassionate nature. Dr. DeLuca gave us 3 extra years with our first dog by teaching us how to manage his diabetes and was compassionate and empathetic when the time came to put him down. And this morning, we rushed our 8 year old dog to her after he was hit by a car. Her staff met us with swift and skillful first aid and Dr. DeLuca rushed in to try and help. One of our Westies became ill on a Sunday. By Monday we realized she was sinking fast. Even though they were very busy, they squeezed us in in a couple of hours. They listened carefully to our description of her symptoms and did some tests that revealed pancreatitis which can be fatal if not treated quickly and agressively. A week later she was back to chasing squirrels, and playing with her brother. I have a friend who lost their dog to pancreatitis because it wasn't diagnosed correctly until it was too late.
These guys have been great every time I've been there.
Very dissatisfied with the way they cared for our family puppy. We will never be back
