My wife and I were in the home buying process and unfortunatly fell through with the underwriter on the financial side. The house needed work to complete an FHA loan and also had trash on the property which was left behind from the previous owner. Realtor Joan Kovacik stayed multiple times that the owner would clean the property and was aware of the work that needed to be done. River hills had our property for over 6 months and the whole time the only advertisement of the property was done by myself. We had three open houses and the first two were never advertised by them until 2 days before. I would never buy a house from them or allow them to ever try and sell my house again
