Nice place.. The manager and maintenance man are super helpful .
I absolutely loved living here. The ladies in management are very professional, friendly and courteous. The area is very clean and peaceful. The neighbors are great. Thanks River Hills for being my home away from home!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience living at the River Hills apartments. Although we only lived in Kerrville for a short time, we really enjoyed our time there. The new manager, Christine, really cares about all of the tenants and keeps the complex very well maintained. She would help us out whenever we needed it, and any maintenance problems we had would get solved quickly. Thank you Christine & River Hills for our amazing Kerrville experience!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This place is CLEAN, modern, and peaceful. The manager and maintenance man are super helpful and responsive. I can't say enough good things about this complex.
