I have nothing good or bad to say about this place, other than don't find yourself in need of an ambulance. Apparently you get wrote up for disturbing the peace when you do. Follow up on my review My response is this- I apologize for disturbing the peace but how was I to know that by calling 911 for an ambulance that the fire department and police would come as well. I purchased my home in the spring of 2023. I was moving here from out of state with my three small children. Something the office was aware of the day I arrived I moved into my home as I had nothing other choice than to do so. I wished I had waited and bought elsewhere. The red flags should have been when I had to reach out to another Sun Homes Community just to get a response from River Haven but I loved the home and overlooked that.
