We moved into River Haus three months ago, despite some obvious problems. There was a fire alarm going off in the lobby all hours of the day and night (still is). Packages are thrown helter-skelter into the mail room. The property manager was literally the laziest person I had ever met - and yes, this was pretty obvious from day one. 05/21 update: New management has turned this around FAST. The elevator is working and the pool is open! I have over heard them talking to visitors about updates to the mail system. They seem to be really stepping up to the plate thankfully! Original post: 1 star I really hate to leave a bad review and I genuinely think the day-to-day staff is doing the best they can with a bad hand. Public parking garage is a scam. Fold away, non permanent sign is the only thing between you and a $287 towing fee. Disgraceful
I previously posted a very high review of Riverhaus, having lived there for 3+ years without issue. But it has seriously gone downhill. The people there are still amazing. (Shout out to Joey and Andrew!) But, as others have mentioned, upper management is terrible. I was on a shorter term lease for a time (and I get why shorter term leases have more pricey rent).
