When we first moved in, management was alright, but there seemed to be a gap in communication, things around the complex were not exactly kept, etc. However, since Juline has started, (and Shannon was a huge help too!), communication has been impeccable, and things are actually getting DONE! I feel comfortable with going to her with my issues and services requests. And honestly? Management is one of the key points for me that makes or breaks a community. But also, we’re getting a brand new pool area! I’m excited!
I had a wonderful experience touring this property with Juline, the community manager. Since my fiancé and I were out of state, she kindly arranged a virtual tour for us and made sure we felt just as valued as if we were there in person. Although I ended up choosing a different apartment closer to work, I was really impressed by this place. The amenities are excellent, there's enough parking for couples or families with two cars, and the units are both beautiful and reasonably priced.
