I actually live very comfortably here. Martha and Sonam are super nice and helpful. Parking is the biggest issue here, but I was warned ahead of time. That being said, there are some tenants that monopolize the street parking. They will place motorcycles or spread out enough to no allow other cars to park. It supposed to be first come first serve to the public, not only certain people.
I’ve been living here for about 2 years now and overall it’s been a good experience. The apartments are well maintained and the community is generally quiet and comfortable. Whenever I’ve had maintenance requests, they’ve been handled in a reasonable amount of time. The location is convenient and the neighbors are friendly, which makes it a nice place to live. The Management team at River Glen are amazing.
Sonam and Martha are wonderful! Entire complex pristine! Parklike settings, pool immaculate! Initial application process relatively easy. It was the additional questionable. "Pet Screening" requirement I was not too thrilled about and felt unnecessary. Overall its a great place to live, the parking is limited, as with most apartments but you get an enclosed garage!
