Beware, management couldn’t care less for your safety or comfort. My neighbor would blast music from 9 PM to 9 AM, shaking the walls of my unit. Despite filing multiple complaints, nothing was done. One night at 3 AM, this same neighbor knocked on my door and repeatedly demanded that I “come outside” so he could “ask me a question.” When I refused and told him I would call the police, he called me a slur and then spent the rest of the night throwing things at my wall. Mice problem, laundry goes through 3rd party service that you have to manage and that breaks frequently.
Close to #2 COTA bus route (Main). Units have utility room with attic storage access and washer dryer hook up. On-site laundry, quietly nestled in beautiful nature, ground floor units, water included, pet friendly.
Very fine, high quality apartments in a very quiet neighborhood. When things need repaired they'd make sure they'd get it fixed in a timely manner, very friendly people here!
