I have reported my stove that shifted backward, leaning on the Wall several months ago. I cannot bake a cake, pie, etc it all comes out one side leaning. I'm 75 and now it's the holiday season, Thanksgiving is around the corner and Christmas. I need my stove replace. Also one burner does not work.
Outside of the lady at the front desk, the staff isn't inviting and they are very rude. They seem to lack great customer service, and thinks it's okay to handle people any way they want to. Never again, would I step foot in their office, and I highly don't reccomment.
