Outside of the lady at the front desk, the staff isn't inviting and they are very rude. They seem to lack great customer service, and thinks it's okay to handle people any way they want to. Never again, would I step foot in their office, and I highly don't reccomment.
For those it may concern you should have your office manager ride around on the golf cart and see the activity going on on the property on both sides of the property. Also, when you call the emergency number for leaks or anything that’s going on at the same time, they do not answer you and then, when they did ask me the second time I called my result was it’s been taken care of want it was not, the issue was I have water flowing in my apartment from a leaking pipe in the ceiling “the clay they’re going to call the plumber I ... read more
