I lived here for three years. I lived in an upgraded two bedroom unit on third floor. The apartment is beautiful with hardwood floors throughout the living room, kitchen and bathrooms along with a fireplace. The property is modern and the grounds are well kept. There are many amenities such as the pool/jacuzzi, fitness gym and games. The San Diego River (located directly behind the complex) is beautiful and I enjoyed walking outdoors after work. There leasing management are wonderful and the nicest team we ever met the day of our tour they’re already make us feel welcome and excited specially Makaylah she’s good with her job and answer all the questions we have and helping us with the process all the way.
Lived here for 3 years, overall I had a great experience. Amazing maintenance team, decent amenities and the leasing office works really hard to get back to you as soon as possible.
I love the location being close to grocery stores+the freeway. The walk by the river is nice as well. I would not renew my lease here because of roach infestation. They have pest control here every Friday and make infestation a normal thing in their units. Also, if you like small parking spots and blind spots on corners for cars to crash, this is your place.
