Southwood Realty is the worse company that I have evet rented from I have had nothing but trouble dealing with this company.I had a electrical fire In my apt that cost me 3,900 dollars yet they only paid me back 2,000 dollars.So I still lost 1,900 dollars.I gave written notice to vacate dated June 1 2024.yet they did not post my notice until,June 17 2024 and then blocked me from the payment portal and refuse to let me pay and instead filed eviction papers on me as of Friday June 28 2024.My court date is July 12.The eviction ... read more

I've been living here since December of 2020, each time I've had an issue whether it was small or large, LeAnn made sure someone was here to get things fixed for us. Once again, today I informed of a very minor issue and an hour later, someone was here to handle it O'Neil doesn't speak much English but he sure handled the job so great. Thanks again for keeping our apartments looking good and feeling comfortable for us. We appreciate the work from you guys!
