I've lived in this community for over three years and I don't have a single complaint. LeAnn, the property manager, is so kind and always responsive. The maintenance staff is great too. Highly recommend.
Southwood Realty is the worse company that I have evet rented from I have had nothing but trouble dealing with this company.I had a electrical fire In my apt that cost me 3,900 dollars yet they only paid me back 2,000 dollars.So I still lost 1,900 dollars.I gave written notice to vacate dated June 1 2024.yet they did not post my notice until,June 17 2024 and then blocked me from the payment portal and refuse to let me pay and instead filed eviction papers on me as of Friday June 28 2024.My court date is July 12.The eviction ... read more
