Very unprofessional. I called to book an appointment, it was a very long wait time after automated voice "0 people are ahead of you" for 10 minutes. The young lady answers speaking very quickly "Chicago Medical Group" I ask her to repeat the name of the office because I had been shopping around. Then I gently express I may be unclear of the name because I been on hold for 10 minutes that felt like 30. She doesn't clarify my inquiry just proceeds asking my name and DOB.
