The female technician asked me to pull down my pants because of the metal zipper and bottom. I followed her instructions and I folded both sides of my pants inside. She unfolded my pants while she nastily touched my private parts with both hands. I did not feel safe and comfortable standing her disgusting sexual harassment. They don't deserve a star at all. This kind of behavior should not take place in a "doctor's office" I am not going to go back.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU WANNA MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!! This is the only place that will give you a hard time when you are trying to do the simplest thing smh.
