Avoid This Building – Poor Management & Unprofessional Conduct I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience living at River & Fifth (5 Defries St, Toronto) due to the unprofessional behavior of the property management, specifically Beenish Haleem, the Condominium Manager. When I raised concerns about persistent odors in the building—both marijuana and strong cigarette smoke—she was rude, dismissive, and manipulative. Well the building is overall good but the management is somewhat loose.. the front team is overall great except a new guy named Mahmud. He would rather let the delivery guy throw out the food in the trash then giving them access to the floor.
