Revision to post: Unfortunately since my original post the completion of our back yard has not been done to our satisfaction. A five foot high berm was done incorrectly and the builder is unwilling to fix due to it not being in their budget. I have been waiting on a call back from Dennis for over four weeks now on this issue and was told he’s got more important things to take care of. I, along with several other neighbors I knew before and met after moving into River Estates, have experienced various issues with our homes and properties, both big and small. We are all sick and tired of being given the runaround when it comes to addressing these problems in our neighborhood. 1. Driveway Issues: There are multiple driveway problems, including my own.
