Dr. Williams recently saw me on short notice to address a hearing aid issue. Problem was fixed in short order and everything is working great again. Excellent patient/customer service!

This ENT office is very responsive and friendly. Both in my opinion appear to be very rare in 2025. My insurance is terrible, yet they work with me and deal with the constant denials and changes created by my insurance. All of the staff from Dr. Cheung-Phillips to the administrators, the MA's, and the Audiologist are all top notch. This is a great place to go if you have ENT needs.
