The RN lady who was on duty Sunday, September 28th in the afternoon before 17:30, she does not work at the front desk but behind the doors in the adult care facility... She was very unkind, and loudly announced "she remembered me as the kid who took too much xanax" before even saying hello, in front of a stranger, to me. (immediate breach of professional ethics.) Very rude, nasty talking staff. My child is only 12 and if I had to be here with them I would be suicidal also and nasty as they are.
Nice facility, clean and well staffed. Unfortunately they accept patients with little regard for the health and safety of all patients. I’m a veteran and had a PSTD event and ended up in this facility in a bad mental state. I felt like I was a prisoner and needed to escape, after several attempts I discovered an unlocked closet with shelves (ladder) I climbed to the top and realized it was a false ceiling. Orderly discovered me standing 7 feet in the and pulled me down, breaking my back! 100% not recommended!
I have been trying to get help for 3 days now and every time I go they give me a new excuse for why they can't see me. First it was a medical clearance when i got back then no beds available. Next day I go and they need ANOTHER medical clearance but this time an ambulance has to bring me back. If your wanting real help don't go to this crisis center.
