Great location but walls are thin as paper and you can hear your neighbors sneezing not to mention everything else. Hot water runs dirty and municipal building next door has outmoded siren that blasts every time theres a police call. When it goes off multiple times in a row, you cant even hear person on other end of phone.
Owner is trying to go co-op. Maple Ave has no parking during the day due to proximity of commercial district and other activities. Noise of train shakes homes!
