This office is closed now. Been trying to obtain medical records with no one answering phones. Not very professional. Original message on answering machine stated that Dr St Vincent has decided to retire due to an illness. Regular patients would be receiving a letter as how to obtain their files. After going there for 30 years one would think they are a patient and a letter would have been sent. Been waiting for over 2 months for a notification.

I'm 65 and best family doctor I've ever had, 10 years age when I was having chest pain he was always thorough with me and discover a heart murmur that got me to the front of the line for life saving surgery, I know he has his own health issues and his receptionist is so sweet and lives out of the city and last winter with the storms she couldn't get in the city at times, I got a sad voice message from his receptionist that do to medical reasons he has to shut down, I pray for him and feel bad for his receptionist as she is o... read more
I call them to book an appointment as my husband was sick, she said come 2pm when we arrived there, after 30 minutes wait Doctor said he is not going to anyone. Worst service ever. Although I call them early in the morning to book an appointment. Don’t go there.
