I have all great things to say about River Dog Reality and their brokers/partners—Gina Fruncillo and Paul Olson! These two were instrumental in getting us out of a very sticky rental property. Quick close, no inspection and the uncanny ability to engage the buyers in a bidding war that pushed our selling price up saving us thousands while relieving us of a huge headache that could have easily turned unmanageable! A win for all parties around! Love these folks and am so fortunate to have met them!

For Saint Paul, I would only ever recommend River Dog. They are hardworking, smart, local and “tuned in” to city living. They made the process—dare I say it—fun. And yet, when we needed them to be, they were true to their namesake: guarding our interests like a dog with a bone. Multiple moves over the past twenty years have taught us whom to trust. Home buying and selling can be so make one person go through so many different emotions. Poor Gina had to put up with me... Ms. Planner and Type A. We contacted her a good year before we were planning on selling (if not longer because I was petrified to sell a house.) We met her in our interview of Agents, and right away we knew she was it. Gina and Paul at River Dog Realty were reliable, helpful, and trustworthy throughout my entire home buying process. Buying my first home in a hot market could have been very stressful, but Gina and Paul made sure that I was always well informed and did an excellent job negotiating with a tough seller. I feel like I got a great house for a great price!
