I am 72 years old and have been working with these crossfit trainers since December 2024. Amazing people and trainers are great with helping maintain my strength and health. Love these people so Awesome

Riverdog is a great gym! All of my lifts have skyrocketed in the recent few years ive been going. Excellent coaches and a great place to put in some hard work while also having a great time pushing you and your buds to their limits!
