Everything went great. Had an injection in my knee and the pain level was very minimal.
It was a good experience with wonderful, caring, PROFESSIONAL people. The only negative thing I have to say is about an older nurse in the river district ER.(CHRIS) everyone was very professional but her. Very rude.. someone like that should not be in the ER if you're going to act like that.. With that being said it's a 4/5 stars. It would be 5/5 had i not had the bad experience in the ER.
I have never had a bad experience with this office. First came to the office by referral from another patient. The staff is always congenial and professional. Kailee the PA is great! And takes time to listen to my questions.
Ascension River District with Robert Dekker has been phenomenal. Everyone in this office will listen to all you have to say very carefully, they explain things thoroughly, and everyone in that office is absolutely nice and very hard working. I definitely chose this office over the Rochester office
Great staff and Dr's. Usually Able to get appointments quickly.
