Warm,welcoming and kind. The staff and Dr Kim made me feel very comfortable. They came up with a game plan very quickly to help me with my dental issues and were very informative . Great experience!

Zero stars! These people are the absolute worst! Told them my budget of $2000 they agreed not to go over it. Then while I was gassed during the root canal(everyone needs a root canal at this place! ....they make their money this way! ) they decided to go $1000 over my benefits! I resolved the issue with the manager at the time , she agreed they went over the budget and that was the end of it, until 8 years later when they decided to take me to collection for THEIR MISTAKE!!! Very positive experience by the team at River Dental. All members of the staff are super polite, detailed in the information and willing to listen to all my concerns.
Highly unprofessional. While the hygienists have been lovely and kind, I can not say the same for either of the dentists who had been assigned to me. I had one appointment two weeks ago, and was told the dentist wasn’t even in the building yet and wouldn’t be until 10:30 (it was about 9:45) and they ask me to wait, I declined. We rescheduled for an earlier appointment as I was assured the other dentist was always in for early mornings.
