Appreciate the care taken by Dr. K and hygienists during any of my procedures. Very clean and comfortable environment. Always a very quick wait time. Been going here for about 3 yrs and have been very satisfied.
The worst dentist office I’ve ever experienced. Had to have an audit done due to overcharging me. The billing office took months to resolve. They had to fix my husband and my dental concerns several times. We went through multiple dentist and hygienist. Each new dentist blamed the previous dentist for the errors. Unbelievable! They quoted work for me that a second opinion dentist said there was no need. Quoted a bunch of stuff to my husband. He’s now getting a second opinion. We are done with this office.
I had a great experience at River Crossing Dental Care! I came in for a gingivitis cleaning as well as an oral cancer screening, and I really appreciated how thorough, professional, and caring everyone was throughout my visit. The staff made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly, which helped put me at ease.
