I experienced heating issues in my apartment and when I reported it I was given a 30 minute wait time but Kevin (maintenance guy) appeared within 5 mins. He looked at the heating system and immediately identified the part that was damaged. It took Kevin less than 15 mins to repair my heating system. Kudos to Kevin for great customer service and for his knowledge.
I was very happy with the response by the maintenance team here to a problem with my furnace. They were here within minutes of my maintenance request and quickly replaced a worn-out part. If I could, I'd give them 100 stars!
Extremely disappointed as the apartments themselves are beautiful, but the ethics and legality of this place is questionable. For the purposes of the Fair Housing Act (FHA), an ESA with medical paperwork is classified as an assistance animal or a "medical tool" that provides necessary support to a person with a disability. Because of this, the animal is not considered a “pet”. Yet they think this rule doesn’t apply to them. Do better.
Kevin was able to fix my few maintenance issues right away. Very happy with the response time and maintenance service!
