Walking up to the door with no hallways is my favorite thing about these apartments. My packages were delivered directly to me. I enjoyed having a smart home with keyless entry and hosting gatherings at the clubhouse, too. Internet sign-up was seamless with immediate activation. The icing on the cake was that the apartment was spotless upon move-in! I had to LOOK for the dirt. The required $300 pre-move in cleaning fee (which I have never heard of) was put to great use.
