I absolutely love living here I love Janet and Cathey in the office and Lucky maintenance he is a cool guy.
The elderly woman running the office was rude, unprofessional, and made excuses to not work with me. She sent my application back claiming I only did electronic signature. I open up my mail and the page I sent with a print signature is missing from the contents she returned to me. She’s either confused or a flat out liar. I highly recommend trying to apply somewhere else.
Heat quit working and was promptly fixed in a very reasonable time and checked before leaving thanks for a amazing job
Might as well look elsewhere. Old Lady in the office has no clue and will lie through her teeth. Probably retirement time as it seems Alzheimer's has kicked in with the less she tells. Call after call after call and she doesn't know wether to scratch her watch or wind her butt. If you go in there she's sitting on the couch drinking coffee with the maintenance guy instead of tending to the apartments or applications for perspective renters.
