This program was not a productive use of my time. I attended voluntarily and was informed that the intake process would take approximately eight hours. After two hours and providing two urine samples, I was then asked to provide a third sample to verify authenticity. I was told this was “protocol.” Given that I was not court-ordered to attend, the repeated requests felt unnecessary and poorly communicated. horribly unprofessional staff, told me I can get help eleswere. Canceled the already set appointment and told me I was wrong. Don't come here if you want to get help, they spoke to me in a condescending tone.

5/5 for quality of staff, program, and the safe and welcoming atmosphere provided. Not only have all of the staff been professional, but they sincerely take an interest in those who receive services, and to this day I can recall all of them by name. This place is truly a community for those on the road to recovery, whether from substance abuse, mental health, or both. I am sincerely grateful for this community center that showed up for me during my lowest moments.
