horribly unprofessional staff, told me I can get help eleswere. Canceled the already set appointment and told me I was wrong. Don't come here if you want to get help, they spoke to me in a condescending tone.
5/5 for quality of staff, program, and the safe and welcoming atmosphere provided. Not only have all of the staff been professional, but they sincerely take an interest in those who receive services, and to this day I can recall all of them by name. This place is truly a community for those on the road to recovery, whether from substance abuse, mental health, or both. I am sincerely grateful for this community center that showed up for me during my lowest moments.
River Community and their Psychiatric staff were sadly a joke and sadly a mental health crises debacle for our son.
