She put in tremendous effort to make the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism. Her support made a big difference, and I couldn’t be more thankful! Highly recommended.
I have lived here 3yrs going on 4years. I do enjoy living here. Nice hidden apartments right by the highway on ramps. Pet friendly. Is a quite place. Neighbors(friendly) usually keep to themselves. After putting in a maintenance report they usually respond with in 1-2hrs never more then 3. Shout out to Aric & Cody🫶
We moved in blindly Dec 2023 taking over someone's lease. From day one we have loved living there. Any issues are dealt with promptly, maintenance staff are great, professional and very attentive. Our office manager Daisy is present, deals with issues that may come up efficiently and very pleasant to work with. We are now on our third lease and have no plans on leaving! Very happy to call River Club home! Oh and pet friendly also so Daisy and Coci are happy too!! (Bark, bark!)
My girlfriend and I live here and we honestly love it here! the only downside I've ever had was the highway right behind the complex. there's nothing that can be done about the road noise. after a day or two you don't even notice it. everyone that works at this complex is very nice. Aric the maintance lead is a super cool guy and very easy to talk to.
