Our experience with River Club has been disappointing; while the floor plans are spacious and the location is convenient, it’s been almost a year and we still continue to have hot water issues. While maintenance is very kind and friendly, it makes no sense that our hot water tank was replaced and we still have no hot water in our unit. There is 2 questions I always ask before I move to an apartment. What do you guys do when people steal packages? Is the crime bad here? Both questions were refused to be answered.
Can’t recommend this place enough! Every time I put in a maintenance request they come and fix the issue the next day super fast! Daisy and the maintenance team is AMAZING! Yesterday while at the trick or treat event my daughter lost her shoe and I opened my door and seen her shoe in front of my door with more candy in it! My granddaughter called about an issue and didn’t realize she had dialed the wrong number. Hope answered and let her know she used to work for River Club, but she still took the time to help my granddaughter with her maintenance questions and told her about the app. I’m not sure if it was just a coincidence, but you should be very proud she spoke so highly about Daisy and the maintenance team and assured my granddaughter that she’s in very good hands. You guys clearly trained her well!
