We have enjoyed our time here at River Club, but are moving out into our new house soon. We moved cross-country and it was a great place to "land". Central to a lot of SW Michigan. Aric and Cody, the maintenance workers, were awesome. There is a very nice resident portal where maintenance requests are submitted. We found they got to our work orders quickly. Both Aric and Cody were happy to explain what was wrong and their steps to fix it. Also, our Golden Retriever really liked both of them.

The maintenance guys do great jobs here at river club here on black river Drive in Holland
Alyssa Huisman, property manager! went above and beyond in helping me with my move-in today. She put in tremendous effort to make the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism. Her support made a big difference, and I couldn’t be more thankful! Highly recommended.
