If anybody needs a ratio or piercing done, Go see the nice , friendly people at River city Tattoo, they will fix you up !!! It's clean and the staff is very kind and caring. !! I'm sure I'll return after My first ratio and experience. :)

Cat is definitely one of the best artists I've encountered and I won't go anywhere else for tattoos. My wife and I have both gotten tattoos by Cat and they are amazing. If you want your tattoo to look correct and on point, look no further.
