Have had nothing but great experiences with River City Stitch in both Prescott and River Falls! They were so helpful and accommodating with a recent last minute custom order and made the process extremely easy. Definitely recommend for custom printing and embroidery.

I placed a large shirt order for a family reunion. The process went smoothly, and our order was exactly what we wanted and done a week earlier than expected. Staff also quickly made up a last minute shirt for me, as I had miscounted on my end and was a shirt short. It was done over night. Thank you for always doing such a great job and providing great customer service.

Gymnastics order was not ready in time. Order was put in over 2 weeks. The day of pickup, the owner emailed stating item was in backorder and could not be delivered with the team. Shouldn't you have known this before day of pickup?? No apologies, had to substitute item and to top it off I had to go pick it up when it was suppose to be delivered with the team order. Store does not answer phone calls so dont even bother. Poor experience.

If there was a option for no stars I would use it. Horrible service. No apologies for messing up order. Told me item was out of stock the day it's due to be picked up.

We use River City Stitch for all of our Company clothes. They are so awesome to work with. They help us come up with designs, have great recommendations for what products to use, and offer fantastic pricing. We couldn't imagine doing business without them!
