Needed a spa cover at the house while I was deployed, called and talked with Barry and he said he could measure it and give me a quote. After a week I called in and he said it would be $500 so I paid over the phone. After a few days I called to get an update on the expected delivery date only to find out that he mixed up the orders and I paid for someone else's hot tub cover. I’d like to update this if they respond. We bought an affordable spa in November with the promise of a new lid and filter. It has been nearly 2 months and we are still waiting for those items, and now a likely repair due to the pump making a loud noise. We have been in communication via text but they have not followed through on their commitment yet.
