I’d like to update this if they respond. We bought an affordable spa in November with the promise of a new lid and filter. It has been nearly 2 months and we are still waiting for those items, and now a likely repair due to the pump making a loud noise. We have been in communication via text but they have not followed through on their commitment yet.
